Give It Your All
Philippians 4:19-20 But my God shall
supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus. (20)
Now unto God and our Father be glory for ever and ever. Amen. (KJV)
You know, when you make your requests to
the Lord, you in turn expect a complete answer, especially at the end of
the month when the landlord is coming to collect all and not just part of
the rent. Well, God promises to do His part; now the question is, have you
done all you can to hear the answer.
Ephesians 6:12-13 For we wrestle not
against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers,
against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual
wickedness in high places. (13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of
God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all,
to stand. (KJV)
Have you really done all to stand; you
know, so that you can stand before God today knowing that you have given
Him your all? Many play the blame game, getting caught up in petty silly
arguments and wrestling with those of the world, basically saying that,
they now have more of an influence on them than the Lord. If you really
make it a priority to take the whole armor of God then you would be covered
wholly, and would not be getting hit with any of the fiery darts of the
wicked one. You would find your confidence level rising as well, because
you would expect a complete answer and not just some partial hit or miss
one.
Ephesians 3:17-20 That Christ may dwell
in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, (18) May
be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and
depth, and height; (19) And to know the love of Christ, which passeth
knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fulness of God. (20) Now
unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or
think, according to the power that worketh in us, (KJV)
Hey, will you look at that; that which happens
when we really give our all to the Lord and don’t hold back. With what
measure we give His way coming right back at you, above and beyond what you
could have ever thought or asked. Well what did you expect? I mean, we now
serve the best; who only has your best interest at heart, and like the Word
says it’s His good pleasure to give you His kingdom. You have tapped into
the wisdom and power from above so that you don’t have to be stuck below in
this fallen realm; instead you are in a realm where all things are now possible
to them that believe.
Mark 11:23-24 For verily I say unto you,
That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou
cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that
those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he
saith. (24) Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye
pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them. (KJV)
I don’t see any limitations in our Lord’s
realm; in fact, there is nothing to hard or difficult for Him to handle;
but, only if you are willing to give Him your all; heart, mind and soul.
